The HYDROFEST kit for bathroom floor and tiles 5m2 - is a set of products necessary to create a high-quality floor in a bathroom over an area of 5 m². It can also be applied over existing tiles on the floor. The set includes HydroFest, a waterproof microcement dedicated to wet areas such as bathrooms and showers. It provides permanent protection against moisture, eliminating the need for additional waterproofing. Only at floor and wall joints and around the shower drain, we recommend the use of sealing tape (buy).
However, it is important to remember that the ceramic tiles must be firmly fixed to the substrate so that the micro-cement can be applied to them. The stability of the tiles is crucial to the durability of the entire construction. It is a good idea to make sure that the tiles are firmly attached to the substrate before applying the microcement.

The set includes:
- FESTGrunt 1 kg - preparation for priming the surface before the application of the mesh base
- FESTFLOOR Life base - 9 kg +3 L - primer in which you can easily sink the mesh. This will strengthen your substrate and protect it against cracks
- Fibreglass mesh 5m
- HYDROFEST 5 kg - ready-to-use, coloured, waterproof microcement
- FESTPrimer 500 g - one-component primer to be used prior to PU FEST 2K varnish
- 2 x PU FEST TURBO sealer 0.6 kg (0.4 kg component A + 0.2 kg component B) - for two coats.
In addition, you can purchase NANO SILVER PLUS SB - a solvent sealer additive containing silver nanoparticles. In combination with the sealer, it creates an antimicrobial coating on the surface of the microcement. For this kit you will need to buy 1 bottle Nano Silver Plus SB 25g, which is enough for two coats of sealer (half a bottle for the first layer of sealer, half for the second layer of sealer).
