How does FestWall differ from other Festfloor microcements?
FestWall microcement differs primarily in that it is a two-component system that requires independent coloring and is intended only for application on walls and furniture.
Is FestWall microcement water-resistant and suitable for bathrooms?
FestWall is not waterproof on its own, but when protected with a protective varnish, it becomes resistant to moisture, water, and dirt. In areas exposed to constant contact with water (e.g., shower stalls), it is necessary to first apply full waterproofing to the substrate under FestWall microcement. If you are looking for a microcement that is water-resistant in its mass, choose HydroFest – specially designed for bathrooms and wet areas
Can FestWall microcement only be applied to walls?
FestWall microcement can be applied not only to walls, but also to ceilings, countertops, furniture, and doors.
What colors of microcement are available?
A wide range of colors is available—18 shades as standard (see the FestWall Life palette) and customization according to the RAL or NCS color chart is possible.
What is the shelf life of FestWall products?
Products included in the FESTWall Life system can be stored for 12 months in their original sealed packaging in a dry place at temperatures between +10°C and +25°C, away from heat sources. They should also be protected from frost.
